9 Publishing Applications

1. Select Start –» Programs –» Citrix –» Management Console
2. On the right hand pane right click on Applications and select Publish Application from the drop down menu
3. Type the following in the Display name and Application description boxes. Click on NEXT

4. Enter the location of the EOL program, which should like look Image below and click NEXT

5. Find the Notepad icon and accept all defaults, then click NEXT
6. Select 1024x768 as the session window size and 24 bit for color. Check both boxes under Application Startup Settings and click NEXT
7. Check or uncheck the specific ICA client requirements that are desired by the customer then click NEXT
8. Check Allow only one instance of application for each user then click NEXT
9. Add all Application servers from the Available Servers list to the Configured Servers list as shown in the image below and click NEXT

10. Assign user who have permission to see and run the published applications. Us the Citrix Users group that was created back in section 5.1. The screen when complete will look like below then click NEXT

11. Accept all defaults for Specify File Type Associations and click FINISH
