8 Profiles and Personalized Settings

8.1 Active Directory Group Creation on Domain Controller

1. Click Start –» Programs –» Administrative Tools –» Active Directory Users and Computers

2. Right click on Users and select New –» Group from the drop down list
3. Enter in Citrix Users for the Group information, then click OK

8.2 Active Directory User Creation on Domain Controller

1. Click Start –» Programs –» Administrative Tools –» Active Directory Users and Computers

2. Right click on Users and select New –» User from the drop down list
3. Enter in User Information such as username and click NEXT

4. Enter in the new users password and check User cannot change password and Password never expires, then click NEXT

5. Verify information and click FINISH

6. Double click on the user account that was just created and select the Member od tab

7. Click on the ‘Add’ button. A new Window will pop up. Enter in the name of the Citrix Group created in section 8.1 and click the ‘Check Names’ button. Click on ‘OK’

8. The User Properties should look similar to the following image. Click ‘OK’ to close the window
