As the cartoons played
behind the loss of innocence
a sacrifice of youth
born a love so intense
A gift was given
you unto me
and me unto you
a start of a family
Together as children
we head out to see
a path untraveled
riddled with uncertainty
Hand in hand
a mother and her son
Smiles and scars
we shared as one
Now as life
has spread us apart
you remain
always in my heart
These words I write
will never suffice
for the life you gave
through your sacrifice
A simple phrase

The Forgotten Ones will include all of the poems I wrote after Tortured Verses and forgot about and lost. I have found two of them so far and will put them here soon. I'm also planning on trying to write again and more than likely they will end up in this compilation. So stay tuned to this section for brand new stuff.

Bought a gun and the death it carried
never knew it would get me buried
Shot at anyone within my site
Shot a boy flying a kite
The police didn't like it, not one bit
The body count grew and they threw a fit
On I went shooting and killing
Asked for volunteers but no one was willing
So I forced them into death
just like the Reaper stealing their breath
The police came and told me to stop
I said fuck off and shot a cop
With that done they really got pissed
they started shooting but of course they missed
On I ran and they gave chase
all of a sudden a bullet grazed my face
